Rival Snow Cone Maker Buyer Reviews

Rival Snow Cone Maker Buyer ReviewsI use my snow cone maker all year long wish I had two or three of them.
- Vicki Lynn Smith

It's simple to go on, well-located in mass, and saves trips to the community snow bar supermarket. What extra can lone request?
- Reginald D. Garrard "the G-man"

I have had this for over a year and we are still lovin' it! I have a regretable conundrum of ice chewing, so this is my pointed tooth investor:) As for syrups, I bought a pot from the super crucial top, it was so yucky. We now use concentrated juice any frozen or from a can. That makes a exact snow cone for family tree. I very fixed beverages with my shiny on top ice.
- Jill Williams "jillbluetreasure"

We've old this in this vicinity 4 era so far away. It is straightforward to aid by adults, a breeze to "sterile up," and austere to pile.
- Reginald D. Garrard "the G-man"

I just bought and used this machine for the initially time today. The model I have came with the machine only, no syrups or cups (not purchased off Amazon.com). It's splendid, we really love it! The ice goes from freezer to Rival machine and grinds out a nice fine snow/small ice chunks. Better than just by crushed ice from the fridge as we did before :) We bought syrups in Blue Raspberry, Raspberry Lemonade and Fruit Punch, they were all very good. I would recommend this machine.
- K. King "K King"

We got this snow cone maker and love it. Walmart carries a bunch of flavors at a good fee. The best part is how well this lil' fella facility. It has held up well and seems well-built ample. We got a hand grinding one a few being back and man that business was worthless let lonely dangerously astute for kids.Even if we wear it out I'll be being paid a additional one. the size of the shavings is set alight and attractively nourishing. In fact as hot as it is now I'll be asking the kids to make some up.It's a good buy.
- J. Pals

I got the Hamilton Beach snowman ice honest razor last week prearranged from this locate and it was satisfactory. My supporter had enjoyed the shiny on top ice, so 2 days ago I went to Target and bought the Rival Snow Cone maker (for $19.99) in check over of the fact with the intention of I needed a birthday gift for her with the intention of day. IT WAS SOOO MUCH FASTER!!!!!! This is the one to get. Makes me aspire to restore the Hamilton beach develop, but i threw out the box.
- TC&Mina

Having purchased snow cone makers for years I can attest to the simplicity and protection of this apparatus. The blade is tucked away not out where a child or young adult can shave off skin while using or cleaning. While all electrical appliances demand adult supervision until an older age, I am actually impressed with this apparatus for protection. You lift the top of the apparatus and put in the ice, then you close the top and hold it down so that the motor engages and it starts chip the ice. When refined unplug it and then I found you can set it on a drain and any excess ice will melt and drain out. You can also just turn it upside down and pour out any excess ice.The blade can come loose after manifold uses though, it tightens down easy by a knob on the further than of the apparatus.I am actually impressed with this little snow cone/shaved ice maker. Mine has lasted for over a year of heavy useage. I have purchased this as gifts for my grandchildren and a niece/
- Beverly L. Hansen "kaylon1"

I bought this snow cone maker at the beginning of July and we have used it each day in check over of the fact with the intention of it came in the e-mail. The adults tenderness it only as greatly as the kids. Very straightforward to use and straightforward to sterile up. The single conundrum I have had is unscrewing the surrounded by chamber as I tint it...it seems to take a little muscle to make it bump. I would buy this apparatus ended again in a heartbeat!! No call for to invest in high-priced syrups, only buy unsweetened Kool-Aid mix (we be fond of lemon the most excellent). Boil 1 cup of water with 1 1/2 cups of sugar. As it comes to a rolling boil, remove from the excitement and stir in the Kool-Aid mix. Let it cool, add to ice shavings and enjoy!! (The original recipe calls for 2 cups of sugar but I very a thinner syrup to add to the ice.)
- Proud Italian

We looked at all the snowcone makers...and this is the only one with the intention of stood made known. We always use this for deserts and when my friends come ended, they always want one, or at smallest amount one of the snowcones. Some of my supporter used it and said they just had to make one. Thist is the coolest little apparatus! It looks great in the kitchen, too. No matter where you put it!

WWE WrestleMania 30: Matches That Will Have Fans Talking for Weeks

WrestleMania is a card packed with headline matches and the potential for some incredibly satisfying moments for fans.

While every match on the card has its place, a few of the matches are the ones that are really selling the event to fans.

If you include the pre-show, this year's show will feature at least 66 Superstars and Divas, but only 11 of them will have their hands raised at the end of the night.

Bray Wyatt vs. John Cena

Bray Wyatt has proven that he can talk, and he has proven that he can steal the show with the right opponent. This match has the potential to steal the show as much as anything else.

Cena is always at his best at WrestleMania, but this is Wyatt's first big match at the annual event. This feud has been built up really well in recent weeks, so this match has even more to live up to than just being a WrestleMania match.

Luke Harper and Erick Rowan will most likely be at ringside, but if they get caught and booted from ringside, this could turn into a one-on-one match.

The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar

It seems unlikely that the streak would be ended by a part-time Superstar, but the match itself is likely to be an all-out brawl.

The Undertaker is definitely reaching the final stages of his career, so every time he comes out at WrestleMania he throws caution to the wind and takes big risks for the sake of the match.

Lesnar is not one to shy away from risky spots either, so the odds of something crazy happening during this bout seem high.

Daniel Bryan vs. Triple H/Batista vs. Orton vs. TBD

This will be the true test of how WWE plans to use Daniel Bryan as a top star. If he wins both matches and walks out with the title he will create a reaction bigger than anything WWE has ever seen.

The fans in the arena, and in living rooms around the world, would be chanting Yes with the new champion as he celebrates his win. However, WWE does not always do what everyone wants.

Batista has been turned heel by the fans' reactions to him, and Orton is already a heel. If Triple H wins, it would be three heels in the main event, and that is something no one wants to see.

An Evolution match would be cool, but this needs to be Bryan's night, and, if WWE puts the title on him, it will prove that they think he has what it takes to be a top guy.

Bryan's rise to stardom may have come about quicker due to CM Punk leaving, but he deserves everything he has, and, if he wins the title, he will be creating a new iconic moment at WrestleMania.

These are just a couple of the matches that could steal the show and keep us talking for weeks to come. Which match are you most looking forward to?

Thanks for reading, and follow me on Twitter:@BR_Doctor.

Jarden Consumer Solutions 8804-BL Oval Ice Cream Bucket Ice Cream Maker Latest Reviews

Jarden Consumer Solutions 8804-BL Oval Ice Cream Bucket Ice Cream Maker Latest ReviewsAppalling! I've had numerous ice cream freezers ended the being and this is by far the most terrible I've always old. The fake container bends and causes the motor to pop out of the track. Would not urge!
- rob

This is the first time we have ever used an gripping ice cream maker, so I have not anything to equate to. The motor keeps popping off when ice gets jammed almost the can. I'm commencement to think the oval bucket is a bad design - there is no room for ice on the front or back, and that's where the ice gets jammed. Are we doing a touch wrong? If not, the ice cream came out fine. We had to stand there and hold the motor on.
- Aken Tap

We purchased this ice cream maker for a supporter who has a similar one. She had commented including the intention of hers was on its continue legs and she would like to get a new one for when the old one gave out. Luckily, I establish one for her through Amazon. She was so surprised as she searched all ended for one and couldn't discover it. Now she makes two batches at approximately time ago and she and her spouse have ice cream each nighttime!Amazon followed through advising me of the status as I sought after it delivered before Christmas. Ended again, Amazon came through and she received it on Dec. 22.Be grateful you for your top cut harvest and service.Bev in BowlerRival Ice Cream Maker Bucket
- Bev in Bowler

I've been building domestic ice cream for near 40 years, and have had numerous ice cream makers, early with hand-cranks. I've had 2 of these Rival ice cream makers for 2 years and find them well-methodical in design (the oval is more well-methodical than a circular bucket) and very easy to set up, and to clean up. I beyond doubt urge this manufactured goods.
- Susan Prince

Some reviews yield this a halfhearted crash. However, I be inflicted with old give numerous era, and I tenderness it. Approve of it.(Six months later) Oh, NO! I spoke too soon. It has currently abandon -- just abandon! Cannot get it to bring about again, so I bought a different, wooden tub model. Tenderness it.
- newobdl

I have had numerous of these Rival 4 quart ice cream makers. They do a good job of building ice cream. More importantly, I am able to use them with ice from the ice maker in my refrigerator/freezer and with habitual table salt. While the contemporary directions call for rock salt and crushed ice, there is ample room in the pail to use the half moon shaped ice cubes made by many refrigerators. I put one cup of cold water in the empty pail after installing the can gathering with the ice cream mix. I then slot in a layer of ice, a layer of fixed table salt, and bonus flashing layers of ice and salt up to just below the top of the can. I then poor a additional cup of cold water over this mixture, and fill to just over the top of the can with ice. This makes a batch of ice cream in about 45 summary. I use one full 26 ounce container of salt or now and again a bit less than one container. (These directions came from an before version of the same ice maker.)This contemporary version uses less ice since the outer pail is oval and only needs ice on two sides very than all the way almost the incorporation can. This seems to work just as well as the older point. The only issue I have found is that, over time, the unit starts to get louder and louder and eventually starts slipping before to the ice cream is refined. Rumor has it that, a touch with the gears surrounded by the motor unit just wears out. This happens after I don't know 25 or so batches for me, now and again more. I wish I could get one with more lasting gear and motor that would last longer. Though, the unit is not too high-priced, so I have just been replacing the unit (or just the motor) with a new one when that happens.
- M. Lang

This is the following of these that I have bought on the last numerous being. They have been nonsense each time. Same conundrum each time, the low-cost soft cogs at the lid and blades everlastingly strip out long before to the motor burns out. Usually with only a few uses. This is a austere conundrum to assess by building the supporter surfaces better and with a harder clarification. They are eigther too low-cost to dissipate 2 pennies on a modest fake or just want to sell replacements to the few that have to buy on a fiscal statement.
- builder

I have had this apparatus for about two weeks now. I have made three batches of ice cream. It works wonderfully, even if mine does not seem to turn off. Maybe I need ot run it longer. The ice cream comes out very cream and I realy doubt I will buy store bought again.
- Get Real "Get Real"

Valuable develop thrilling home owing to ice cream maker. Has car push to off if it gets spellbound on a pice of ice or as it is done. It is a bit loud but you can hear the motor going owing to different phases so you admit as it is extremely nearly done; The hole at the top to discharge the salt water could use a spout and the two foot cord is a bit short but the motor is 20% stronger than the extra pricey one we looked at. As with all ice cream maker of this style, you can eat it straight dead but it should be put in the freezer to allowable to harden. Good plain instructions with recipes.
- G. Young "Rock Hound"

If one has a good working knowledge of the physics involved in making ice cream, at that calculate each batch must occur out great with this simple and basic machine. The main thing to know is that SALT ADDED TO ICE ALWAYS RESULTS IN SUPER-COOLED WATER, approximately -15 degrees F., and super-cooled water will not freeze. Though, the liquid inside the thin aluminum canister which is surrounded by the super-cooled water will begin to fall into place and freeze; It has no selection but to do so below the laws of physics. The aluminum is a great conductor of excitement, and all the excitement from the liquid within it is pulled out into the brackish super-cooled sludge further than causing the brackish sludge to melt not working even more. That's a good sign, and that's why you need to periodically add bonus layers of ice and salt all owing to the process! Here's the largest trick to thriving ice cream using this or any additional machine. The liquid you want to turn into that sweet creamy treat needs to be around 40 degrees as you begin. In additional terms: refrigerator-cold. Doing so will shorten the processing calculate and assure good consequences with the least amount of ice and salt. One additional trick, which is high calorie/fat but it's ice cream so hey, is to use as little milk as doable, instead using half and half and approximately heavy whipping cream. Milk produces ice milk not ice cream, and it has a sort of an ice-crystal feel...yuck. (Search for Alton Auburn's Chocolate Ice Cream recipe...it rocks)I love my Rival $20 something dollar machine, and costs more on a fancy machine would be an unnecessary waste of money. It has 5 parts: a plastic bucket for the ice and salt, aluminum container for the cream, incorporation paddle, lid and a motor element. If it breaks, you end up with a bathroom size trash can and aluminum which can be recycled for cash!! It's a green machine! Invite Al Spear!

We bought this ball ice cream maker to take on camping trips with the kids. We experimented with it today at the house - with amazingly poor results....I am an engineer, and understand thermodynamics, and the inital issue is that there is too small a freezing room - it austerely won't work lacking relentless unreliable of ice/water.Then, it is advertised with kids, and sold as a fun family adventure - even if, within 13 summary of rolling it almost - the kids cracked the case. They then became bored rolling the wet ball almost - we now have the ice cream slurry freezing in a pan in the freezer to make ice cubes :)We were never successfull at making ice cream in this manufactured goods, and are going back to a habitual ice cream maker with a DC option for camping trips.Issues: 1) poor design, needs another 2" diameter to even have a chance at freezing in our time, 2) poor construction - delicate plastic should not be used in this contrivance, a nylon would be best, 3) kids were bored within 15 summary of rolling and adults would have to take over - let-down....

Cuisinart ICE-21WM Frozen Yogurt, Ice Cream and Sorbet Maker, Watermelon Best Review

This ice cream maker is great! So far we've made chocolate ice cream and vanilla ice cream. Delicious and easy to make! The apparatus is a bit noisy, but it's not a big deal. It only runs for 20 synopsis and it's well worth it for ice cream made with hearty ingredients. Stay on the instructions just so (i.e. freeze bowl for 24 hours in back of freezer, chill ice cream mix for 1-2 hours before using in apparatus, etc.) The homogeny right out of the apparatus is like soft-serve, so we froze it for a link of hours to make it firmer. Both consistencies were delicious though. Vastly urge!

Industrial Revolution Play and Freeze Ice Cream Ball Buyer Reviews

Easy to use, and makes great ice cream. I got my relatives a unique gift and they loved it!
- Karen Taylor

I bought this as a gift for my five year old brother, and it was great. He loves craft-be fond of activities, and he loves ice cream. I wasn't sure he would be inflicted including the concentration span to mess about including the sphere for the de rigueur 20 synopsis, keep for including the intention of wasn't a conundrum. He and his sister had no conundrum maintenance the sphere tender for including the intention of long. He was fortunate to impart his ice cream including the total family. This is a great toy for committed kids who be fond of to get on to equipment. The release drawback for me was including the intention of the ingredients looked-for to aid this were programmed surrounded by the package and I didn't aspire to commence it before to he did. I establish them elsewhere in diplomacy to be inflicted including all equipped for him as he opened it, and I refined up being compensated the ill-treat rank of rock salt. So he had to pass the time a couple of income to aid it.
- Michelle Scotch

My son received this as a gift. We got to use it one time. It was fun, and we really enjoyed playing even as we made ice cream, but it's impossible to take away from each additional. With the ice cream froze the lid practically melded to the ball, so we couldn't dump the salt and ice part. I waited for it all to melt thinking perhaps the cold made it expand or constrict or something...and even when filled with room temperature salt fill up I soothe cannot get the lid off. I took out all the screws land it together to try to take it away from each additional to dump the fill up, and I soothe cannot pry the two halves of the ball away from each additional to dump it. I saw a used ice cream ball in goodwill last week, apparently they had the same problem, though they managed to pry the ball away from each additional, the rubber seal that held the pieces together was torn in numerous places. This is kinda expensive for a one time use novelty.
- J. Belk "book wench"

A friend and I went in on this for a Christmas gift; our friend loves it and often era will bring it to the office to make ice-cream for us all. Will be purchasing for my kids (7 & 12)
- Fred H.

Works very well, not sure what the reviewer who claimed to be an engineer did with his, I do not reflect he is a real engineer, perhaps he played one on tv.in view of the fact that this does indeed freeze icecream well, the size is perfect. lolThis works great, use ordinary sense, it will take awhile to freeze on a super hot day, ie go play with it in the shade!I have been utilizing my english mastiff to most of the work, I do duct tape the cover so it does not accidently come off during rough play.Never a leak so far that way.My only complaint is that I wish it were larger!Have no fear, with ordinary sense it will not break, do not toss it down steps or play on a concrete surface, or throw it off a roof etc. etc.
- Zhinka Chunmee "gamer from way back in the 70's"

I purchased this for my boyfriend... one of the largest soft-give ice cream enthusiasts around. Here's the deal: this business is sweet huge and moderately gray. Keep in mind this is before to you put any of the ingredients in it. The fake is hard and webbed, so it doesn't just so feel splendid when caught in your hands. It might work for some rugged-hand depression campers, but not for us (pansy apartment building dwellers).I can't note on how well it facility/if the ice cream is any good since we returned it before to by it.
- nyxcity

I bought this manufactured goods pro my 12 year ancient brother. He loves gadgets and cooking so this was perfect. We old the sphere A LOT. It does take some bring about to get to a skilled finished manufactured goods though. We had to change the ice/salt about every 10 synopsis. This wasn't a deal top pro us.Some calculate ago the ice cream starts to freeze, it is a little tricky to open either aim of the sphere. Be guaranteed to stay on the directions and single tighten the lids "hand forceful", if not they can be a beast to open. And single roll the sphere! It is not fated to be thrown or kicked, and it hurts as you do! (Cultured including the intention of lone the tricky way...)Overall I am lucky including the Mess about and Freeze. We brought it out all owing to a family gathering and all the cousins had a blast rolling it almost and allotment the ice cream at the aim =)
- Hero's Mommy =)

We bought this globe ice cream maker to take on camping trips with the kids. We experimented with it today at the house - with amazingly poor consequences....I am an persuade, and understand thermodynamics, and the inital come forth is that there is too small a freezing opportunity - it austerely won't work without constant changing of ice/water.At that calculate, it is advertised with kids, and sold as a fun family adventure - though, within 13 summary of rolling it around - the kids cracked the case. They at that calculate became bored rolling the wet globe around - we now have the ice cream slurry freezing in a pan in the freezer to make ice cubes :)We were never successfull at making ice cream in this manufactured goods, and are vacant back to a traditional ice cream maker with a DC selection for camping trips.Issues: 1) poor point, needs another 2" diameter to even have a opportunity at freezing in our lifetime, 2) poor construction - brittle plastic must not be used in this contrivance, a nylon would be best, 3) kids were bored within 15 summary of rolling and adults would have to take over - bummer....
- Forward thinking

My son found this product in a pile and asked me to buy it. I thought it would be a fun opportunity to teach him a bit about knowledge.Unfortunately, the product is unnecessarily time consuming and difficult to maneuver to use. We followed the instructions - incorporation all the ingredients and shaking the globe for a skilled ten summary. When I opened the globe, most of the ice cream was in liquid form. So, I replenished the ice and rock salt and shook the globe for a further ten summary. When I reopened the globe, subdue most of the ice cream was in liquid form.We wound up taking our ice cream mix and pouring it in a container to put in the freezer.Aside from the product's inability to adequately freeze the ice cream, it was a royal pain trying to remove what solidified inside. I had to remove 6 screws to clean it out.If the product did a decent job of converting cream or half and half to ice cream, was easy to remove the ice cream, and equally easy to clean, it would be a great product. Unfortunately, it below-delivers on all of these.
- Rob K

Wasnt sure how this would turn out based on the reviews, but got it as a gift for my niece and nephew. They love before a live audience with it, and they take pleasure in intake the ice cream - of way. But I was told it uses a lot of ice and takes a long time to make... Even if the ice cream is soft, it tastes good. And is not too tiresome to sterile.
